PJ’s Coffee is exploring the possibility of opening two to three new locations in Beaumont, Texas. The company is drawn to the city’s proximity to Houston and Lake Charles, where it already has locations, according to Tori Bermond, Director of Franchise Development.
Bermond highlighted the brand’s reputation for offering high-quality coffee and a Southern-inspired experience. The coffee itself is deeply influenced by New Orleans, and the menu focuses on flavors typical of the region. In the coming months, PJ’s Coffee will roll out a new menu featuring New Orleans staples such as wedding cake, praline, and cream.
Currently, PJ’s Coffee operates 194 stores across 15 states, including Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida. The company is also expanding into Georgia, North and South Carolina, and has a strong presence in the Baltimore and Washington D.C. areas.
