OP Coffee Co., a new coffee brand, is now available to purchase online or experience at the newly opened city bar, Melville and Sons. The company was founded earlier this year by Oliver Peter Lee-Stevens and Harry, with a heartfelt mission behind its creation.
Oliver Peter Lee-Stevens, the owner and founder of the coffee company, explained that OP Coffee Co. was launched in honor of their late grandfather, Peter Stevens. “He was married for 67 years, served in the Norfolk Regiment during the Second World War, loved fishing, and, above all, loved coffee—especially a black Americano,” Lee-Stevens shared.
He went on to explain that their grandfather’s passion for coffee was a key inspiration behind the brand. “I had my first sip of coffee when I was on a fishing trip with him at 16 years old,” Oliver recalled, reflecting on how the memory shaped his love for coffee.
Now, OP Coffee Co. brings that same passion to customers through their online store and their presence at Melville and Sons, offering a unique coffee experience in tribute to their grandfather’s legacy.
