Moroccan coffee house Bacha Coffee has reached a significant milestone in its global expansion with the opening of its first full-concept flagship store in Hong Kong at Harbour City. The 2,500 square foot venue combines a coffee boutique, takeaway bar, and the city’s first Bacha Coffee Room, which can seat 50 guests. The Bacha Coffee Room serves an all-day menu featuring Arabica brews, pastries, and Moroccan-inspired dishes.
Taha Bouqdib, president and CEO of Bacha Coffee, shared, “The Bacha Coffee Room experience is a significant addition to Hong Kong, allowing coffee lovers to immerse themselves in our rich heritage.” He emphasized the strategic importance of the Harbour City location, believing it will become a beloved destination that blends the company’s storied past with the future of coffee culture.
This Hong Kong flagship marks the latest milestone in Bacha Coffee’s rapid expansion, following the opening of multiple locations across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. In 2024, the company also launched its first flagship store in South Korea, further solidifying its international presence.
