Appearing at Booth HP30 in partnership with UK distributor HTG, Bluewater aims to impress the UK specialty coffee market with its latest innovation in water optimization.
The Bluewater Café Station has already gained significant traction following its appearances at major international events, including Dubai’s World of Coffee Expo—where it was named ‘Best New Product’—and a recent ‘Best Buy’ endorsement from The Caterer Magazine in 2024.
Engineered for the specialty coffee sector, the Café Station allows baristas to fine-tune the water’s mineral composition, optimizing flavor extraction for different beans and roast profiles. This innovation not only enhances beverage quality but also responds to growing demand for greater control over the brewing process.
