The Fort Scott Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Chamber Coffee event this Thursday, January 16th, at 8 a.m. The gathering will be held at Fort Scott Presbyterian Village, located at 2401 S. Horton St. Attendees can enjoy coffee, juice, and light refreshments, along with a giveaway drawing.
During the event, Fort Scott Presbyterian Village will discuss their Angel Tree Appeal Campaign Fundraiser, which supports the Good Samaritan Program. This holiday tradition helps residents who may have outlived their financial resources through no fault of their own.
