Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii has announced the appointment of marketing maven Iain Douglas as its Chief Brand Officer.
In a recent press statement, the franchised operator emphasized that Douglas’ vast brand development expertise will be pivotal in crafting impactful marketing initiatives, establishing a consistent brand tone, and heightening community involvement.
Douglas had previously collaborated with Bad Ass Coffee in a consulting capacity. Scott Snyder, the CEO of Bad Ass Coffee, remarked, “Iain has had a significant impact on Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii before. I’m elated to have him back in a senior leadership position as Chief Brand Officer. His presence will not only further breathe life into this iconic brand, but also accelerate growth and boost franchisee and community engagement. Iain brings not only in – depth Fortune 500 brand knowledge to our ambitious growth plans, but also a creative edge that can unlock brand potential and foster sustainable development.”
Douglas comes to Bad Ass Coffee from ArchPoint, a Texas – based leadership consultancy where he served as a Strategy & Brand Development Specialist. He has also held prominent marketing and brand development positions at consumer goods behemoth Procter & Gamble, where he was instrumental in redefining the Olay skincare brand. Additionally, he has worked for California – based wine producer Gallo and fashion group VF Corporation.
Douglas added, “Under Scott’s guidance, the brand has established a solid foundation. I’m eager to contribute to its next stage of exponential growth. Together, we’ll keep demonstrating why Bad Ass Coffee is the go – to for those who want to be part of a truly iconic, dynamic, and rapidly expanding brand.”
