A new coffee cart has opened in the car park at Apex Park, bringing freshly brewed drinks and sweet treats to visitors. The Cool Beans Coffee Cart was granted a concession by Somerset Council and is now serving customers on weekends and holidays.
The cart offers a selection of hot drinks, including coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, along with soft drinks, cakes, and pastries.
“We are delighted to be in place for the new season and have been getting very positive feedback so far,” said owner Beth in an interview with Burnham-On-Sea.com. “I’ve been running the business for 18 months in the Banwell area, attending events and food festivals, so this is an exciting next step forward for us.”
Beth confirmed that the coffee cart will be open at Apex Park every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. She also plans to operate daily throughout the six-week summer holiday period.
With its convenient location and homemade offerings, Cool Beans Coffee Cart aims to become a new favorite stop for park visitors looking to enjoy a relaxing refreshment.
