The 2025 edition of SIC (International Coffee, Tea, and Vending Exhibition) will feature a refreshed, more fluid layout designed to enhance the visitor experience. According to event organizers, SIC will be located in Pavilions 8-12 and 16-20 at the heart of the Fiera Milano exhibition center. These double-level pavilions offer a more intuitive flow, with shorter visitor routes. A skybridge connecting Pavilions 12 and 16 on the upper floor will further facilitate movement across the space.
An additional area in Pavilion 18, located opposite Pavilion 20, will serve as a crossover point with the gelato and pastry sectors, which will also be key highlights at the event. These sectors will showcase a full range of machinery, equipment, ingredients, and solutions for industry professionals.
In another exciting development, the World Barista Championship will return to Host 2025. The competition will feature top baristas from more than 50 countries, showcasing their skills in preparing espresso-based drinks, milk creations, and original signature beverages.
Host 2025 will take place at Fiera Milano in Rho, Italy, from October 17-21, bringing together professionals from the coffee, tea, and vending industries.
