Keurig has been named the most trusted coffee maker brand in the 2025 America’s Most Trusted® Coffee Maker Study by Lifestory Research. This marks the second year in a row that Keurig has claimed the top spot.
The study, which surveyed 3,628 U.S. consumers over the past year, gave Keurig a Net Trust Quotient Score of 114.7, surpassing other well-known brands. The ranking assessed consumer trust in major coffee maker companies, including Cuisinart, Ninja, Braun, Mr. Coffee, Bunn, Hamilton Beach, Black+Decker, and Krups.
Lifestory Research’s annual rankings reflect the coffee makers that inspire the greatest confidence among American consumers. The rankings provide valuable insights into consumer sentiment and offer companies an independent measure of how their brands are perceived in terms of trust.
