Non-Fiction Coffee, the Alabama-based coffee roaster, has unveiled a new selection of single-origin coffees in anticipation of the spring season. These offerings are perfect for coffee lovers eager to explore unique flavors from around the world.
The new lineup includes the San Lorenzo medium roast from Guatemala and the Muyinga-Hafi roast from Burundi. The San Lorenzo roast, sourced from the San Cristóbal, Alta Verapaz, and Cobán regions of Guatemala, brings distinctive flavor notes of black tea. This is Non-Fiction’s first Guatemalan coffee offering, produced by Luis “Wicho” Valdés III. The Cobán region, where San Lorenzo is located, is known for its humid climate and consistent rainfall throughout the year, providing ideal conditions for coffee cultivation.
With these new additions, Non-Fiction Coffee continues to expand its offerings for coffee enthusiasts looking to try something fresh and exciting.
