Confident Coffee Roasters is set to open a new café in the Stage Station neighborhood, located at the corner of Rolling Hills Drive and Old Missouri Road.
The upcoming location will offer the company’s signature coffee and tea selection, alongside a variety of bakery items such as kolaches, quiche, croissants, cookies, cakes, and pies. Customers can also enjoy smoothies, beer, wine, and a selection of grab-and-go items, according to owner Amber Dietrich.
The café will feature a 1,600-square-foot indoor space, a 1,300-square-foot covered patio, and an area designed for lawn games, making it a welcoming spot for customers to relax.
Confident Coffee Roasters first opened in 2020 at 2015 Main Dr. in Johnson and later expanded to a second location in Rogers at 3939 S. Grand Ave. The new café at Stage Station marks the company’s latest growth in the region.
