ofi, a global leader in natural food and beverage ingredients, officially opened a new advanced soluble coffee facility in Linhares, Espírito Santo, Brazil.
This major investment strengthens ofi’s position as one of the world’s top three independent producers in the growing instant coffee market. The global soluble coffee market is expected to reach $52.2 billion by 2031. The new plant also brings economic growth to one of Brazil’s most important coffee-producing regions.
The Linhares facility is located in the heart of Brazil’s Conilon coffee region. It processes coffee beans sourced from ofi’s units across the country and turns them into high-quality instant coffee products.
The site includes two full production lines—one for freeze-dried coffee and one for spray-dried coffee. These lines help maximize efficiency and output, serving customers around the world.
