A new drive-thru coffee shop could soon rise on an empty lot in Watertown.
7 Brew, a fast-growing coffee chain, has submitted a site plan to build a new location at 1068 Arsenal Street. The proposal will be reviewed by the Watertown Planning Board on July 1.

The site was previously home to Dealmaker Dodge. A car wash had once been planned for the location, but those plans did not move forward.

7 Brew currently operates more than 400 locations nationwide. The company is known for its quick service and customizable drinks, served through a drive-thru-only format.

If approved, the project would bring new development to a high-traffic area and add to the growing presence of national brands in Watertown.
