Bacha Coffee has opened its new European flagship store on the iconic Champs-Elysées in Paris, marking a major milestone in its global expansion. The three-storey boutique covers 1,500 square meters, making it the brand’s largest location to date.
Founded in 1910 at the historic Dar el Bacha palace in Marrakech, Morocco, Bacha Coffee was relaunched internationally by French-Moroccan entrepreneur Taha Bouqdib. Based in Singapore, Bouqdib opened Bacha Coffee’s first overseas outlet at Ion Orchard shopping mall in Singapore in 2019.
Today, Bacha Coffee is part of V3 Gourmet, which also owns TWG Tea. V3 Gourmet was established by Bouqdib and Singaporean billionaire Ron Sim, the founder of wellness and lifestyle company OSIM.
