Located at 112 CR 214, across from QT and Cart Castle, Bebop Coffee Shop is striking a chord with locals thanks to its rich, smooth brews and vibrant community vibe. Founded by husband-and-wife duo Brandon and Kayla Kollmorgen, Bebop blends their passions for music, education, and specialty coffee into a unique local experience.
The Kollmorgens, who met teaching high school marching band in Arizona, discovered a shared love for coffee during the pandemic. Inspired by a former student who became a coffee roaster, they dove deep into the craft, aiming to create not just great coffee but a meaningful gathering place.
“It really started when a former student of mine began roasting coffee,” Brandon shared. “The more we explored, the more it felt like we were onto something meaningful.”
