At its Tuesday meeting, the Bolingbrook Village Board approved a special use permit and final development plan for 7 Brew, a new drive-thru coffee shop coming to 271 S. Bolingbrook Drive, Unit A.
The proposed location will include two drive-thru lanes, with access provided through internal drive aisles and a full-access driveway off Lily Cache Lane, according to village documents. The development will repurpose the site of the former Food 4 Less gas station.
Plans call for a 510-square-foot coffee shop and an additional 238-square-foot cooler and storage area. The business will be designed strictly for carry-out service, with no dine-in or lounge area included.
Mayor Mary Alexander-Basta shared that the addition of 7 Brew brings more variety to Bolingbrook’s growing food and beverage options.
