As warmer weather arrives, coffee and tea lovers in the Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti areas are swapping their hot drinks for cool, refreshing alternatives. Local cafes are offering seasonal beverages that capture the flavors of spring.
RoosRoast, a popular coffee roasting company, has two cafes in Ann Arbor—one downtown and the other on Rosewood Street near South Industrial Highway. For spring, they’ve brought back their lavender peppercorn latte, available both iced and hot. Tea drinkers can enjoy “The Hibiscus Palmer,” a blend of tart rooibos iced tea and lemonade.
Both RoosRoast locations, at 1155 Rosewood St. and 117 Liberty St., are open daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
