Dekáf Coffee Roasters has unveiled its first ready-to-drink coffee product line — the Mizudashi Cold Brew Concentrates. This new range introduces an innovative twist on cold brew, with four distinct varieties, including both single-origin and blended options.
The line features Split Pulse (Half-Caffeine), Hush Hush (Decaf Blend), Guatemala (Decaf Single Origin), and Ethiopia (Decaf Single Origin). All of the concentrates are decaffeinated using water-based methods and roasted with equipment dedicated solely to decaf production.
Inspired by traditional Japanese cold brew techniques, the Mizudashi method uses extended cold-water extraction instead of heat. This results in a smoother, less acidic coffee with a rich flavor profile, from fruity Ethiopian notes to caramel-toned Guatemalan flavors.
