A new Starbucks has opened at 564 Queensferry Road, housed in a historic former bank building, aiming to become a vibrant hub for the Barnton, Cammo, and Clermiston communities.
Manager Michael Kerr emphasized the store’s community-first approach: “Our goal is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels at home—from morning coffee runs to community events.” The staff are local partners committed to serving and supporting their neighbourhood.
In addition to great coffee, the store will partner with NHS charity FACE (Fighting Against Cancer Edinburgh) by hosting a raffle with donated prizes, underscoring Starbucks’ dedication to giving back locally.
Nearby, the hospitality scene is set to expand with the upcoming opening of the Herringbone cocktail bar and restaurant, further energizing the Barnton junction area.
