The rebrand arrives at a pivotal time, following a Cup of Excellence win and Paul’s invitation to join the international judging panel for the 2025 competition in Mexico.
The refreshed identity reflects Golden Bear’s growth from a beloved local name into a nationally recognized specialty coffee brand, while honoring its core values: transparency, quality, and ethical sourcing.

Daedalus partnered closely with Huckstep to reimagine the brand from the ground up, crafting a look and voice that are confident, unpretentious, and bold. The new visual language aims to match the punch of Golden Bear’s coffee—inviting more people to experience its award-winning roasts.
