Vancouver-based coffee accessory company Espro is preparing to make its café debut in Toronto with a unique twist. Known globally for their high-tech French presses, Espro is opening Canada’s first café dedicated exclusively to French press coffee.
The new café will take over the cozy corner at 2102 Queen St. E., in the Beaches neighborhood, replacing the former Juice & Java spot. True to its mission, the café will ban Wi-Fi, creating a distraction-free space where customers can connect over great coffee.
Staffed by expert baristas, the café will offer “The Espro Experience” — a guided tasting featuring a rotating selection of seasonal global coffee beans. Customers can also grab their French press coffee to go.
This location will also serve as Espro’s official headquarters, marking an exciting milestone for Peng Lin, CEO of Espro’s parent company, DKK Brands. The café promises to deliver a fresh, focused coffee experience unlike any other in Toronto.
