If you’ve ever dreamed of sipping espresso on an Australian beach or enjoying an iced latte while strolling through Sydney, Columbus is about to bring that experience closer to home. Bondi Beans Co., a new Australia-inspired coffee truck, has officially launched and is making waves at farmers markets and local events this summer.
Based in Grove City, Bondi Beans was created by an Australian family who moved to the U.S. Their mobile café offers espresso-based drinks made with high-quality Ethiopian beans. Each drink is inspired by Australian culture and features unique flavor combinations designed to evoke a sense of escape.
Their menu includes inventive drinks like the Bondi Breeze Latte, which blends banana and spiced brown sugar flavors, and the Melbourne Mont Blanc, with hints of orange, brown sugar, and nutmeg. Other favorites include Turkish Delight and Pavlova-flavored lattes.
The only sweet treat on offer is homemade pavlova, a classic Australian dessert made from meringue topped with whipped cream and fresh fruit.
At the Grove City Farmers Market, the Bondi Beans truck drew a long line of customers. The most popular choice was the salted caramel Salty Surf Latte, while the Melbourne Mont Blanc also earned high praise. Customers can upgrade any drink to a “Kangaroo Kicker” for a triple espresso boost.
So far, Bondi Beans Co. has been spotted at the Grove City Farmers Market and events in Granville.
