Goshen Coffee is bringing its locally roasted brews and signature homemade menu to a new home in Glen Carbon. Located at 1 Junction Dr. West, the new café marks the company’s third location, joining existing spots in Edwardsville and the Soulard neighborhood of St. Louis.
For co-owner Jennifer Hughey—who runs the business alongside her husband, sister, and brother-in-law—the decision to expand into Glen Carbon felt like a natural progression.
“We just think it’s a really great location and a great community for us to be a part of,” Hughey said. “The community is awesome, and we know that a lot of those people already know the Goshen name. But we also feel like it was really an untapped market for us.”
The café will feature Goshen’s hallmark offerings: a full coffee menu using locally roasted beans, made-from-scratch ingredients, and the welcoming vibe the brand has become known for. True to form, the new location will also carry forward Goshen’s cheeky and energetic brand ethos—what the team affectionately refers to as “Good S*** Energy.”
As the café prepares to open its doors, Hughey expressed excitement about building relationships with the Glen Carbon community and offering a fresh, local gathering spot.
